Summary
SPIN combines design, nightlife, sports, cocktail and entertainment with ping-pong courts and an elevated food & beverage experience with private and corporate events. We are seeking Facility Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate must present a friendly, helpful, and courteous demeanor and follow proper sanitation standards at all times.
Essential Functions

- Facility upkeep (clean, sweep, mop, etc.) in preparation for current/next day business
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and general areas
- set-up of necessary items for service
- Keeping ping pong areas tidy with ping pong balls picked up and baskets filled with balls
- Simple facility projects, such as equipment maintenance, painting, simple repairs and other tasks as needed.
- Assist with safety procedures (cleaning kitchen hoods in kitchen, ensure fire extinquishers are maintained, etc.)
- Point for HVAC
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment venue
- Excellent problem solver and team player
- Flexible with varying schedules to reflect business needs
- Must have a reasonable knowledge of maintenance and general equipment repair
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull food trays, carts, chairs and tables up to 40 lbs
- Ability to remain calm and positive under pressure and in stressful situations
- Must be able to frequently bend and stoop
- Must be able to stack, walk and move during entire shift
- Must be flexible with work schedules
