Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Join a boutique commercial real estate law firm based in White Plains, New York.
- Work on a wide range of real estate disciplines, representing owners, operators, developers, and tenants.
- Handle acquisitions, financing, joint ventures, leasing, construction, and dispositions of properties.
- Collaborate with a diverse client portfolio including family offices, NYSE REITs, and entrepreneurial owners/developers.
- Gain significant professional growth opportunities and mentorship from senior attorneys.
Experience you will need:
- 1-5 years of transactional real estate experience preferred but recent law school graduates will be considered.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively to timely consummate transactions.
- Must be a member in good standing of the New York State Bar.
- Ideal candidates should be residents of Westchester, Rockland, or Fairfield counties.
