Romeo Auto Group is seeking a driven, customer-focused BDC Representative to support our sales and service teams. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers—handling inbound inquiries, making follow-up calls, scheduling appointments, and helping drive traffic to our showroom. We are seeking candidates who are bilingual, with full proficiency in reading and writing both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound internet leads, phone calls, and messages promptly and professionally
• Schedule sales or service appointments with potential and existing customers
• Conduct follow-up communication to nurture leads and ensure a positive experience
• Accurately record customer information and communication in CRM system
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless handoff
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or dealership BDC preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional phone etiquette and written communication
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus
• Bilingual a plus
• Consenting to a background check

Responsabilidades:

• Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio mediante prospección y llamadas en frío

• Construir y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales

• Desarrollar estrategias de ventas para alcanzar los objetivos del negocio

• Colaborar con el equipo de ventas para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente

Requisitos:

• Experiencia previa en ventas o desarrollo de negocios

• Debe ser bilingüe: hablar inglés y español

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación

• Capacidad para cumplir objetivos y plazos de ventas

• Fuertes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo

• Conocimiento de la industria automotriz es un plus
