A busy law office is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) speaker to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist with client communications, screening, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and handle incoming calls
- Ask screening/intake questions per provided script
- Communicating with clients via email
- Send and receive documents using DocuSign
- Provide general administrative support
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable internet connection and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Comfortable with remote tools and document handling
Schedule:
- Remote Position
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
- Flexible shifts may be available
Compensation:
- Based on the number of calls and documents via docusign completed and received.
