- $150-$190K base

We're looking for someone with 7+ years experience bidding paving projects (concrete and drainage exp a definite plus). Beyond that, looking for someone who takes extreme ownership of their work and helps us win profitable work.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for paving projects based on blueprints and specifications.
- Conduct site assessments to evaluate project requirements and constraints.
- Perform quantity takeoffs to determine material requirements and associated costs.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
- Analyze risks and develop strategies to mitigate cost overruns and delays.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and construction methods to provide accurate estimates.
Qualifications
- Must have - 7+ years paving exp
- Nice to have - concrete, drainage, line striping
- Nice to have - HCSS, Trimble
- Nice to have - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
