LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Paralegal- Real Estate with 6 years of experience working in a similar role. This is a Temp opportunity, located in Manhattan, NY.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain well organized legal files, including creating physical and digital labels and ensuring electronic versions are properly stored.
- Interface professionally with attorneys, financial institutions, building staff, and tenants to support ongoing operational needs.
- Act as a key point of contact for tenants and building managers, addressing internal and external inquiries regarding lease terms and tenant matters.
- Manage select personal administrative tasks, including processing membership renewals and subscription updates.
- Coordinate documentation and workflow across Leasing, Property Management, Asset Management, and Acquisitions teams.
- Draft and prepare a wide range of correspondence and legal leasing documents, including leases, amendments, letter agreements, termination/surrender agreements, telecom license agreements, SNDAs, estoppel certificates, and related reports.
- Support the Acquisitions team with refinancing activities, sales transactions, and property dispositions.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendar activities.
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare and distribute confidential communications, including email correspondence.
- Conduct research through online and subscription-based resources as needed.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in Legal, preferably Real Estate/Property Management

Employment Type: Temp to Perm
Salary: $40-60/hr
Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
