Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigator to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial and construction litigation, with a proven track record of successfully representing clients in complex legal disputes. The Senior Litigator will be responsible for developing legal strategies, managing cases, and advocating for clients in court.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement legal strategies for complex cases
  • Prepare for trials, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Conduct thorough legal research to support case arguments
  • Manage case files and documentation efficiently
  • Represent clients in court hearings and negotiations
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of case progress
  • Advocate for clients' interests during litigation
  • Collaborate with other legal professionals and support staff

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active state bar license
  • Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial and construction law
  • Strong negotiation and trial preparation skills
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills
  • Proven courtroom experience and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • Outstanding client communication and interpersonal skills
