Title: Packaging Line Associate / Packer

Background:
Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Packer ensures compliance with cGMP and company policies, procedures, and specifications.
Responsibilities:
• Assembles, packages, seals, and labels products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Examines finished packages to identify and report any defects.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Carries out tasks in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Takes personal responsibility for adhering to safety protocols and operational guidelines.
• Complies with all company and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
• High school degree or GED, preferred.
• Must be able to keep up with the line speed of machinery.
• Must be able to lift at times, and able to meet volume demand etc.
• Flexibility in work schedule is expected, depending on volume demands, including the possibility of weekends and/or overtime during peak periods.
• Prior working knowledge in a CPG, manufacturing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industry, desired.
• Understand, follow, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and adherence to defined procedures, safety rules and SOPs.
• Ability to work in various weather/temperature conditions to include heat, humidity and cold.
• Must work well with others.
• Attention to details.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to frequently lift up to 20 lbs.
• Constant manual dexterity use.
• Required to stand for long period of time.
Pay Rate $16.50
Schedule Monday to Friday 5pm-1:30am
