Paralegal - Personal Injury

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Paralegal specializing in Personal Injury cases. The ideal candidate will support our clients legal team by managing case files, conducting legal research, and assisting with document preparation related to personal injury and medical malpractice cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions
  • Conduct thorough legal research on personal injury and medical malpractice cases
  • Prepare and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
  • Manage case files and maintain accurate records of case progress
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and coordinate case activities
  • Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits and presentations
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to personal injury and medical malpractice cases

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in legal studies or a related field
  • Paralegal certification preferred
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant, preferably in personal injury law
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent research and writing skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
