Compensation: Base salary between $90,000–$140,000 (commensurate with experience), Paid Overtime, Full Benefits Package, 401(k) with firm contribution, Bonus Eligibility, Health Club Benefits, and more

A Global Am Law 100 firm is seeking multiple experienced Litigation Paralegals to add to its existing staff in its New York office. Responsibilities for Litigation Paralegal:

  • Prepare and electronically file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other court documents in state and federal courts.
  • Support attorneys with discovery, trial preparation, exhibits, and overall case management.
  • Conduct legal and factual research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and court-related websites.
  • Manage large-scale document productions and case data using litigation support platforms such as Relativity.
  • Cite-check, proofread, and fact-check briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized case files in accordance with firm standards.
  • Assist with mentoring and supporting junior paralegals, as appropriate.


Qualifications for Litigation Paralegal:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2–10 years of litigation paralegal experience.
  • Strong knowledge of New York state and federal court rules and procedures.
  • Proficiency with litigation databases, electronic filing systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational, research, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
