Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our Plaintiff Personal Injury team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, advocating for their rights, and ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. This position requires a strong understanding of personal injury law and a passion for helping those in need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and analysis on plaintiff personal injury cases
  • Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in court during trials and hearings
  • Attend depositions and gather evidence to support client claims
  • Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed of case progress
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing parties and insurance companies
  • Stay updated on changes in personal injury law and relevant legal precedents

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant state
  • 3-6+ years of experience in personal injury law, preferably with plaintiff cases
  • Strong research, writing, and communication skills
  • Experience with trial preparation and depositions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated passion for advocating for clients' rights and interests
