We’re seeking a Leasing Assistant to join our team and help create a welcoming experience for prospective residents. In this role, you’ll guide clients through tours, provide community knowledge, and support the daily operations of the leasing office.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Welcome and assist prospective residents, brokers, and visitors
- Conduct tours of apartments and amenity spaces
- Share neighborhood insights (schools, transit, shops, gyms, etc.)
- Create video tours of available apartments
- Inspect vacant apartments to ensure quality standards
- Answer inquiries and schedule appointments with professionalism
- Assist with administrative and office tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in customer service (leasing, hospitality, or sales a plus)
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Technical: Comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel (or willing to learn)
- Education: High School Diploma required; real estate knowledge a plus
Compensation
- $20.00/hour starting pay
