Parts Manager
Honda of The Bronx – Bronx, NY
Honda of The Bronx is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts Manager to lead and grow
our Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive parts professional
to take ownership of a high-volume operation under new ownership and management, with a
strong focus on process, profitability, and customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department (retail, wholesale, and internal)
Manage inventory levels, obsolescence, returns, and ordering to maximize profitability
Drive wholesale parts growth and maintain strong relationships with body shops and
independent repair facilities
Work closely with Service, Sales, and Accounting departments to ensure smooth
operations
Hire, train, coach, and manage parts staff for performance and accountability
Ensure compliance with Honda standards and manufacturer policies
Analyze financial reports, KPIs, and trends to improve gross, turns, and expense control
Maintain accurate pricing, bin locations, and inventory controls
Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Automotive Parts Manager (Honda
experience strongly preferred)
Strong knowledge of wholesale parts operations
Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds or similar DMS required
Proven ability to manage inventory and control obsolescence
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
Results-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
