We’re seeking a Fire Alarm Field Service Technician to perform inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs of fire alarm systems. This role is ideal for someone proactive, technically adept, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities:

<li>Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of fire alarm systems per manufacturer specs and code requirements.</li>
<li>Diagnose and repair system malfunctions with precision and efficiency.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies.</li>
<li>Program and calibrate fire alarm components.</li>
<li>Maintain detailed service documentation and inventory.</li>
<li>Deliver excellent customer service and uphold safety standards.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fire Alarm Technician.</li>
<li>NICET Level I certification (Preferred).</li>
<li>FDNY S78 or S98 certification (Required for Tier II &amp; III).</li>
<li>Familiarity with Edwards EST systems (Preferred).</li>
<li>Ability to read schematics and technical manuals.</li>
