Are you passionate about dogs and ready to lead a hardworking, energetic team? Camp Bow Wow Rochester is looking for a dedicated Full-Time Team Lead for the Back of House to help keep our pups safe, happy, and healthy and to grow with us!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and support our back-of-house team to ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and dog care.
• Manage daily operations, including feeding, cleaning, and maintaining a safe play environment.
• Train and mentor team members, ensuring best practices and a positive Camp culture.
• Communicate effectively with management and front-of-house teams.
• Be a hands-on leader, ready to jump in wherever needed!

Who You Are:

• Reliable, responsible, strong communicator and enthusiastic about dogs and people.
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experienced in leading a team (pet care or animal handling experience is a major plus!).
• Flexible with your schedule mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays included.

Requirements:

• Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior leadership experience, preferably in pet care, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for working with animals and a strong commitment to safety and care.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Must be able to observe dog behavior closely and identify signs of stress, illness, or injury.
• Must have clear hearing and vision to monitor dog interactions and respond quickly when needed.

Heads Up:

This job is active, messy, and super rewarding but its not for everyone!
You'll need plenty of energy, patience, and the ability to move quickly and stay on your feet.
Expect barking, drool, hair, cleaning and lots of love. Success here takes someone calm, quick on their feet, and ready to multitask under pressure.Showing up on time, every time, is a must the dogs are counting on you!
