Job DescriptionNow Hiring a Maintenance & Service Lead
Are you ready to lead with purpose and keep our community running smoothly? As a maintenance and service lead, you’ll be the heartbeat of our maintenance operations—ensuring our facilities are safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. From HVAC systems to daily inspections, your leadership will directly enhance the lives of our residents and the efficiency of our team.
What You'll Do
- Tackle urgent work orders with precision and care.
- Maintain HVAC systems, light electrical setups, and general building infrastructure.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure everything is in top shape.
- Create and manage schedules for your service team to keep operations flowing.
- Spot trends in service requests and implement smart, lasting solutions.
- Coordinate emergency on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 readiness.
- Track inventory of tools and supplies using our management software.
- Mentor and train your team to grow their skills and confidence.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, electrical, and boiler maintenance.
- Certifications: HVAC Maintenance & Repair, EPA, and OSHA.

Work Environment
- Based in a Residential Community in Amherst, with occasional duties at a second property.
- First shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, with some flexibility.
