Location: Baldwin, NY
Hourly Rate: $20–$22 (based on experience)
Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Wednesday, Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

    Employment Type: Full-time, Onsite

About the Role

We’re seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk Administrator to join our team in a clinical setting. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment and is eager to grow with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors at the front desk

  • Manage appointment scheduling and check-ins

  • Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and administrative tasks

  • Support clinical staff with front office coordination

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a clinical or similar environment

  • Familiarity with EMR systems

  • Front desk/reception experience highly preferred

  • Ability to work full-time onsite

  • Bilingual in Spanish is required



Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
