As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will guide customers through the vehicle buying process with exceptional service and expertise.
- Interact with customers in person and online to understand their needs.
- Help shoppers find the ideal new or pre-owned vehicle from our inventory.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and provide information on options.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.
- Provide attentive follow-up to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and helpful attitude.
- Motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer questions and concerns.
- No previous experience necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
