Robert Half is seeking a talented Legal Report Writer / Legal Scribe for a part-time role. This fully remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI tools and develop professional, structured documentation critical to internal AI-related processes.
Start Date: July 2025
Location: Fully Remote
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (Must be available to work between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (schedule to be determined in advance).
Pay: $25/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft clear, professional, and highly detailed reports derived from software-generated data inputs.
- Utilize AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI to assist in document creation and refinement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure all reporting aligns with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail and ensure reports meet the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree or a strong background in Linguistics and/or Technical Writing is highly preferred.
- Exceptional writing, proofreading, editing, and grammatical skills.
- Prior experience working with tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, or Notion AI is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent productivity.
