Job DescriptionJob Title: Temporary Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Amityville, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday

  • Three days: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Two days: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $22–$23 (based on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and personable Temporary Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and direct incoming calls

  • Manage front desk operations including mail, deliveries, and scheduling

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area

  • Provide administrative support to staff as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Comfortable assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone

  • Must be able to work full-time onsite

  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred, but not required



Pay Details: $22.00 to $23.00 per hour
