Key Responsibilities for Corporate Events Specialist:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client-facing events including CLE programs, seminars, webinars, receptions, and special events.
  • Partner with Business Development teams, practice groups, and partners to align event strategy with Firm and practice goals.
  • Manage all event logistics including venues, vendors, catering, audiovisual needs, and virtual or on-site support.
  • Ensure compliance with MCLE accreditation requirements and maintain accurate event data in the Firm’s CRM system.
  • Develop event budgets, manage expenses, and oversee contract review and negotiations.
  • Track and analyze event performance, providing post-event reporting and recommendations.
  • Stay current on industry trends and contribute ideas to enhance event execution and processes.


Requirements for Corporate Events Specialist:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience in events within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; CRM experience preferred.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
