Position Summary:

The Clinical Specialist is responsible for providing expert clinical support, product training, and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare professionals utilizing Myriad Systems’ products. A crucial element of this role is the full execution of e-prescribe tasks, including setup, configuration, and support especially involving EPCS integration. The Clinical Specialist is expected to take ownership of this process, ensuring that all components of e-prescribing are implemented accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This role ensures that healthcare providers are properly educated on the use of medical devices and clinical equipment, facilitating optimal usage and fostering long-term client success. The Clinical Specialist will also act as a key point of contact for troubleshooting issues, gathering client feedback, and continuously improving the user experience. By leveraging their clinical knowledge and expertise, the Clinical Specialist will ensure that Myriad Systems’ products are integrated successfully into clinical settings, directly impacting client satisfaction and product adoption.

Clinical Expertise



  • Provide expert knowledge on our Medical devices, equipment, and procedures to healthcare professionals
  • Offering support, ensuring proper use, and troubleshooting of products
  • Train and educate healthcare staff on our equipment and devices
  • Thorough understanding of SOAP notes (subjective, objective, assessment, plan sections) and H&P (History & Physical)
  • Thorough understanding of clinical notes and documentation
  • Understanding of template-based charting, 3D based charting, and macro-based charting
  • Being able to provide a full demonstration of our products which include five specialties such as but not limited to; Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Physician, etc.

Product Support & Customer Communication


  • Assist in the introduction and implementation of new clinical products or technologies that we offer
  • Provide demonstrations and conduct in-services for Physicians and their staff
  • Answer product-related questions, address any concerns, and offer any other troubleshooting assistance
  • This includes collecting and reporting feedback on our products from healthcare providers
  • Provide ongoing training and support to ensure long-term success on the usage of Myriad Systems products
  • The Clinical Specialist is expected to take ownership

e-prescribe process, ensuring that all components of e-prescribing are implemented accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Documentation & Reporting


  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, clinical feedback, and product use in Monday
  • Ensure proper documentation of product usage for internal and/or regulatory review




Education:

  • Associates Degree Required
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, Biology, or related field preferred

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a clinical healthcare setting, medical equipment operation, or equivalent experience
  • Strong clinical knowledge including but not limited to medical terminology, procedures, other various practices related to healthcare
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
  • Comfort with public speaking, delivering training sessions, and leading product demonstrations
