RESPONSIBILITIES

Tackle repair orders with skill, speed, and the kind of confidence that makes the rest of the shop nod in approval

Put your diagnostic superpowers to work using scanners, specialty tools, and the occasional test drive (the fun kind)

Keep vehicles happy by diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing systems from bumper to bumper

Team up with our Service Advisor to keep customers in the loop and feeling taken care of

Complete digital multipoint inspections like a pro — clear, thorough, and easy for customers to understand

Handle warranty repairs with precision and manufacturerapproved finesse

Bring a positive, highenergy vibe that lifts the whole shop
REQUIREMENTS

Solid knowhow in automotive repair, maintenance, and diagnostics — you speak “car” fluently

Strong communication skills, whether you’re typing notes or talking with teammates

A customerfirst mindset and the ability to make people feel confident in your work

A teamplayer attitude — no lone wolves here

Comfort using computers, tablets, and modern diagnostic tech

Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment without breaking a sweat

A valid driver’s license and a clean record

A high school diploma (or equivalent)
