Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading healthcare manufacturing industry, is seeking to hire a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure production uptime by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
Compensation & Shift Information:
- Hourly Rate: $28–$31 (DOE)
- Training: First 2 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Standard 2nd Shift: Mirrors production schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
- Friday: 2:30 PM – 10:45 PM (mandated as business needs require)
- Optional OT: Weekends as business needs require
Key Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain production equipment per SOPs for safety and efficiency.
- Assist in equipment setups and troubleshoot issues during production.
- Maintain calibration and preventative maintenance systems.
- Participate in training and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure cleanliness in the Technical shop and Cleanroom areas.
- Flexibility to cover day and night shifts as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in production or maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems and basic electrical troubleshooting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong communication skills; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds.
