Assignment Details:

Location: Niagara Falls, NY

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Shift: Mids (2:30 PM 10:30 PM), plus Day shift every other weekend
Required Qualifications:

Active RN license (NY state or compact)

Minimum of 3 years recent acute care nursing experience

Prior leadership or charge nurse experience preferred

BLS certification (AHA required)

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee nursing staff and unit operations during assigned shifts

Provide clinical support and mentorship to bedside staff

Coordinate with physicians, department leaders, and interdisciplinary teams

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards

Address and resolve patient and staff concerns effectively
