Job Description:

Job Summary:

• Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
• Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action.
• Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Seven (7) years of experience is required.
• Five (5) of which were in a supervisory role.
• Required - 2 years of Behavioral Health experience.
• BLS required.

• Note:
  Assistant DON experience required
  Required: At least 2 years of Behavioral Health experience.
