Here’s a concise, easy-to-read version of your job description:\n\nTravel Cath/IR Lab Nurse – Day Shift (4x10, 07:00–17:30)\n\nSchedule & Requirements:\n\nMonday–Friday, on-call required (avg. 8–10 shifts/month, incl. 1 full weekend).\n\nAccepts 1st-time travelers.\n\nMinimum 2 years’ experience in the cath lab (IR-only not accepted).\n\nPending license accepted. No RTO restrictions; keep close to 1 week.\n\nNo local hires within 75 miles.\n\nOrientation in EPIC; scrubs provided.\n\nCertifications: ACLS, BLS\n\nSkills & Procedures:\n\nInterventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Left/Right Heart Cath, PCI, Pacemaker/Defibrillator procedures, IABP & Impella placement/removal\n\nDiagnostic catheterizations, angioplasty, central venous access (PICC, ports), dialysis graft interventions\n\nIR procedures: liver biopsy, lung biopsy, paracentesis, gastrostomy tube placement, embolizations, nephrostomy, stent placements\n\nEndovascular interventions, SVC/IVC venography, upper/lower extremity angiography\n\nMedication administration: antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, emergency meds, procedural sedation\n\nPatient monitoring: 12-lead EKG, dysrhythmia management, infection control, isolation precautions\n\nCirculate procedures, patient education, IV infusion pump management\n\nPatient Population: CL patients needing diagnostic or interventional cardiac cath; IR patients requiring drains, tubes, kyphoplasty, biopsies, and other interventions.
