Job description: Enrollment Specialist
seeking an Enrollment Specialist to call and enroll prospective patients in Remote
Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management program. These patients will be
Medicare eligible
As the first line of communication with prospects, You should be a quick learner with
strong communication skills and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a
compelling way. Every potential patient is an opportunity for you to boost top-line
revenue growth, and profitability and make a difference in the patient's quality of life
Objectives of this Role
· Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive
understanding of how our solutions meet prospective patients needs
· Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
·
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
· Utilize internal CRM, cold calling, and email to generate new potential patients
· Identify prospect's hot buttons -their clinical needs and health status
·
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Two years of college or higher.
· 1-2 years of sales experience, clinical admissions, with a history of exceeding lead
targets
· Strong communication skills via phone and email
· Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Prior experience as a sales development rep with a track record of achieving sales
quotes.
·Prior experience in Patient Admissions
