Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 educational institution in Pittsford, NY is seeking three skilled Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including candidates who are Clinical Fellows (CF), for a full academic school year contract position. This role offers the opportunity to work district-wide, serving children and young adults aged 3 to 22.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students across K-12 grades.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Assess, plan, and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to students' unique communication needs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Valid New York State SLP license is required.
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) is preferred but open to Clinical Fellows.
  • Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students, families, and staff effectively.
  • Flexibility to manage caseloads and work collaboratively across the district.

Position Details:

  • Location: Pittsford, NY (district-wide)
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, up to 7 hours of paid work per day (7.5-hour day with a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
  • Contract Duration: Start on September 2, 2025, and end on June 26, 2026
  • Caseload: To be determined, serving ages 3-22
