Job Location: In-Person, $80k-$100K/Year Salary, $5k Sign-On Bonus, First Shift, Full-Time, Relocation Reimbursement if Needed

Our client is seeking a Preventative Machine Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations, facility management, and equipment reliability. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of all machinery and infrastructure.

Your day-to-day as a Preventative Machine Maintenance Manager:

• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Oversee the daily operations of the maintenance team, including staffing, training, and evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards to maintain a safe work environment
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility and equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance management, facilities management, or related roles
• Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and facility systems
• Strong experience in team management, training, and project coordination
• Ability to analyze issues, develop solutions, and implement process improvements
