Remote M&A and/or Corporate Governance and/or Capital Markets Position at Law Firm

Well regarded general practice law firm comprising approximately 100 attorneys in multiple locations seeks to hire an attorney with 5-20 years of experience handling either M&A and/or Capital Markets and/or Corporate Governance and/or Capital Markets experience.

The firm's transactional practice is very successful and growing which is the reason they seek to hire a new attorney for the firm.

This can be a FULLY REMOTE POSITION so the firm welcomes candidates who wish to reside anywhere in the nation, with some preference for applicants located in the Northeastern US or in the states of North Carolina or California.
