Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Work closely with the production manager throughout the development process to ensure development and production timelines are met.
• Produce detailed tech packs and follow through the entire development of the product from the initial line to final pre-production samples.
• Daily follow up with factories on tech pack creation/revision/review and submit approvals.
• Review and approve lab dips and strike-off submits.
• Interact with sales team to discuss design ideas
• Sketching CADs in Illustrator and Filling sketches with Prints and solids.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Fashion or related area
• Knowledge of fashion trends and general trends in color, fabric, and style.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team under critical time frames.
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop).
  Energetic, Motivated, Dedicated, Reliable
• 2+ year experience in fashion files
