Senior Manager to oversee large-scale commercial construction project managers working on projects valued at $10M and above. This leadership role requires deep experience managing teams, controlling budgets, maintaining safety standards, and utilizing project tools. The ideal candidate thrives in complex, fast-paced environments and brings strategic insight to every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of major commercial electrical construction projects
  • Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control across all active projects
  • Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field staff to ensure timelines and safety standards are met
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on resources, procurement, and operational objectives
  • Track and report on project performance using Primavera, Timberline, and internal reporting tools

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in electrical commercial construction project management
  • Proven experience managing projects over $10M in scope
  • Strong background in financial management, including budgeting and job costing
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, Timberline, and other industry-standard software
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and enforce project safety and quality
  • Excellent communication, scheduling, and client-facing skills
