We are seeking a Member Services Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for helping members by providing service information.
Responsibilities:
- Handle member inquiries
- Provide information about the club
- Troubleshoot and resolve any concerns
- Document and update member records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving membership
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with members
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
