Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional members experiences and will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members.
As the first point of contact for members, during their dining experience, you will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting members, and ensuring smooth seating arrangements.
Responsibilities:
Greet members warmly upon arrival using their name.
Manage the flow of the dining
Maintain an organized waiting list and communicate wait times accurately to guests
Provide excellent member service by addressing member inquiries and concerns promptly
Support food service operations by helping with menu explanations and recommendations when needed. Upon seating a table, receipt daily specials.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the host stand
Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations throughout the dining experience
Benefits
Pay: $18-20 Per Hour
Expected Hours: 20-30 Hrs per week; Tuesday- Sunday 4:30PM- 8PM
Employee Golf on Monday.

Qualifications:
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with members and fellow employees.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends and holidays, as needed.
