Location: Woodland, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time, 13-Week Contract, Convert to Perm
Hours: 36 Hours per Week
Pay: $60–$65/hr
Start Date: Flexible, with immediately availability.
We’re actively hiring RIGHT NOW for a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) at a Post-Acute Skilled Nursing Facility in Woodland, CA. This is a high-priority role and will move quickly — interviews happening immediately!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform OT evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Treat post-acute and rehab patients
- Document progress and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams
What We Need
- Active California OT license (OR California OT license processing, if licensed in another state)
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong documentation & communication skills
- Ready to start ASAP
