Location Shifts:

- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday
- 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday – Friday
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Monday – Friday
These are the standard shift hours for this location. If your preferred shift is not currently available, we may contact you about openings on other shifts. If no immediate match is available, we’ll keep your information on file and reach out when your preferred shift opens up.
Shift Differential: Additional $3.50/hour for 3rd shift
Hourly Rate: $18.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate, set up, optimize, and troubleshoot label manufacturing equipment
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with specifications
- Prepare and apply adhesives, inks, releases, and other materials
- Complete minor repairs and perform preventative maintenance
- Ensure correct raw materials are used during production
- Log production data accurately using computer systems and logs
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in line with 6S standards
- Support material handling and packing operations
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional departments
- Participate in safety training and proactive hazard identification
- Contribute to training efforts and help develop SOPs, work instructions, and other documentation
- Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned
What It Takes
- 2+ years of experience in printing or manufacturing preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with measuring tools like calipers, rulers, and gauges
- Familiarity with working around moving machinery and safety protocols
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate equipment at various heights
- Comfortable working in a standing position for extended periods
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software
- High School diploma or GED preferred; a two-year technical degree is a plus
