Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans according to the standards set by the American Physical therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapies to improve function and recovery, stay informed and updated with the latest developments in physical therapy, and be an innovator in your practice
  • Objectively track patient progress and adjust care plans when needed in accordance with state-of-the-art documentation system.
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and adhere to all HIPPA and various other healthcare regulations
  • Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals from outside of our organization to deliver coordinated care that our communities need and deserve in a hybrid in-network and OON model
  • Educate patients and their family members about their condition, promote long-term wellbeing, and help our community members make sound medical decisions, overall
  • Awaken awareness of the power of PT in our communities by promoting and contributing to the growth of our brand.

The Benefits:

  • Compensation $87,000 – $102,000 (based on experience)
  • Full Health, Dental, and Vision coverage option after 1 year of employment.
  • Matching 401K (up to 4% of salary) through Principal Financial Group
  • Generous holiday schedule (12 Full Days), 2 weeks paid vacation, and increasing vacation allowance options.
  • Flexible clinic scheduling with 35 clinical hours per week required for full-time
  • Quarterly performance reviews based on way more than your KPI, bonus opportunities

The Person

  • Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy or a school approved by the World Congress of Physical Therapy with preferably a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed to practice in New York State
  • Empathetic, honest, and motivated by contributing to the lives of others
  • Confident in making strong clinical decisions and seeking mastery of the profession and differential diagnosis
  • Strong attention to detail and always open to learning and coaching
  • Committed to lifelong development- beginner’s mindset and lifelong learner
  • Excellent communicator with a team-first attitude and approach to life
  • Able to effectively prioritize, manage time effectively, while always valuing the time of others
