Ice Cream and Bakery Franchise in Manhattan on 14th Street is looking for Shift Leader

Team Members play an essential role in creating outstanding guest experiences. They prepare and serve products according to operational and quality standards, ensuring a clean environment and enthusiastic service. By working as a team, they meet guest needs and create reasons for them to return.
Shift Leaders are responsible for guiding and supporting Team Members during their shifts, ensuring operational standards are met and delivering excellent guest experiences. They set goals, assign tasks, motivate the team, celebrate achievements, and provide constructive feedback to help improve performance.
Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English (both speaking and reading)
- Able to count money and make change accurately
- Comfortable operating restaurant equipment (age requirements may apply)
- Guest-focused: Ability to anticipate, understand, and exceed guest expectations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour.
Expected Hours: 20 – 40 hours per week
