Apartment Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for general maintenance and will be responsible managing maintenance staff. Excellent customer service experience required. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.

Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Hours: Full-Time

Must have a minimum of 2 year of Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Experience.

Will be responsible for overseeing:

· Electrical

· Plumbing

· HVAC (HVAC certification a plus but not required)

· Carpentry

· Drywall

· Painting

· Appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds, at our communities.

· Scheduling Vendors

· Scheduling Turns

· Overseeing Maintenance Team.

· ON CALL ROTATION
