Job Description\n
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position in New York requiring a current NY RN license and alternating day and night 12-hour shifts.
\n \n Responsibilities\n
- Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit in a hospital setting
- Patient population includes medical-surgical and telemetry cases
- Alternating 12-hour day (0700-1900) and night (1900-0700) shifts, four shifts per week
- Every other weekend is required
- Epic EMR is used, and experience with Epic is preferred
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility
- Must adhere to call-off policy allowing up to 3 call-off shifts per 13-week assignment
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse adult patient populations

- Active NY RN license required and must be in hand for consideration
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting
- Prior Epic EMR experience preferred
