A premier, design‐driven custom cabinet shop is seeking a seasoned craftsperson with a passion for precision, creativity, and the art of fine woodworking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‐on, detail‐oriented environment and enjoys bringing complex, custom designs to life.

What You’ll Do

• Work on high‐end cabinetry, millwork, and one‐of‐a‐kind specialty pieces
• Apply a wide range of woodworking and technical carpentry skills to both traditional and modern fabrication
• Collaborate with designers and production leads to execute custom builds with exceptional accuracy
• Engage with new materials, hardware systems, and fabrication techniques as our shop continues to innovate
• Contribute to a team that values craftsmanship, problem‐solving, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in woodworking, cabinetry, or specialty fabrication
• Strong understanding of joinery, assembly, finishing, and shop equipment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and translate them into precise, high‐quality work
