This is a prime opportunity for a proven property manager to level up their career by taking on a key property for a nationwide company. With autonomy over staffing, collections, sales, and daily operations, the right candidate will drive resident retention, reduce move-outs, and elevate the resident experience to improve property-level outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property operations
- Hire, train, motivate, and manage onsite staff with clear performance standards
- Drive resident retention initiatives, reduce move-outs, and lead sales efforts
- Represent the community in court proceedings and ensure compliance with policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in property management
- High school diploma or GED; valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
- Proven leadership, team development, and customer service skills
