We’re hiring a Bilingual Phlebotomist fluent in Spanish and English to perform venipunctures and specimen collection with precision and professionalism. This is a full-time role based in NYC, ideal for candidates with strong technical skills and excellent communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws, label and centrifuge specimens, and maintain accurate records
- Explain venipuncture and specimen collection procedures clearly to patients
- Match requisition forms to specimen tubes and ensure 100% accuracy
- Package and store specimens according to protocol
- Maintain specimen integrity during transport and storage
Must-Haves
- 2+ years of recent phlebotomy experience in a fast-paced lab or hospital setting
- Proficiency with straight needles and ability to perform venipunctures independently
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Strong communication skills and reliability
Preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with color-coded tubes and lab tests
Work Environment
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM; every other Saturday, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- Location: NYC outpatient lab

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bronx, NY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
