The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in assigned territories. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and effectively presenting our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of the HVAC system and installations.
  • Generating leads: Identifying and prospecting potential customers, such as builders, contractors, and property owners.
  • Building relationships: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
  • Selling products: Recommending and selling heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) products to customers.
  • Providing quotes: Providing quotes for recommended services.
  • Writing proposals: Writing proposals and contracts.
  • Designing systems: Designing HVAC systems for customer homes and businesses
  • Collaborating with internal teams.
  • Working with installation and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
  • Staying up-to-date: Staying current with industry trends, competitors, and products.
  • Negotiating: Negotiating and closing sales deals while following company guidelines.

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales.
  • Strong phone skills and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience at HVAC trade.
