This role involves traveling between schools to provide tailored therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing students physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to identify students occupational therapy needs
- Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Monitoring and documenting student outcomes and adjusting interventions accordingly
- Providing consultation and resources to educational staff regarding adaptive equipment and strategies
