Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Operators – Clayville, NY
Pay: $ 20–$22/hour
Location: Clayville, NY
Looking for a hands-on role with excellent pay, benefits, and long-term career potential? Join a growing manufacturing team as an Operator, where you’ll be responsible for the setup and operation of vacuum atomization furnaces in a clean, safety-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and maintain vacuum atomization furnaces
- Perform quality inspections, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Prepare raw materials and manage furnace control systems
- Clean chambers, replace components, and ensure safety compliance
- Use electric hoists and tools to handle heavy equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and wear proper PPE
- Support team goals and participate in skill development
Available Shifts:
Weekend Shifts (3 Days On, 4 Days Off):
- 4th Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 5th Shift: Friday–Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekday Shifts (4-Day Workweek):
- 6th Shift (1st): Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 7th Shift (2nd): Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 8th Shift (3rd): Monday–Thursday, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in machine operation or production environments
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 60 feet
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to safety
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
