At John Mini, we make places beautiful.The John Mini team is a leader in indoor and outdoor landscaping as well as holiday design. We design, install, and maintain landscapes all over the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.
John Mini is looking to add a Project Manager to our team of professionals! The Holiday Project Manager is primarily responsible for managing the most complex portion of our Holiday Business, roughly 30% of revenue:
- Manage and optimize end-to-end operations for top Holiday clients, covering labor, equipment, and vehicle coordination.
- Develop and deliver training programs; support and hold field and HQ teams accountable to Holiday processes and protocols.
- Lead strategy and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction throughout the Holiday season.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction through strategic planning and team motivation.
- Supervise field installation crews, managing and holding teams accountable to performance and safety goals.
- Serve as the main liaison between sales, operations, and clients, ensuring clear communication and coordination across departments.
