CPA firm seeking an experienced and client-focused Manager to join our growing Family Office Practice

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned family office clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted advisor relationships.
Oversee and coordinate the delivery of integrated services, including: tax compliance and planning (individual, trust, estate, gift, and entity-level), financial reporting and budgeting, bill payment, cash flow management, investment performance tracking, estate planning, and philanthropic strategies.
Lead and mentor a team of staff and senior accountants, providing training and performance feedback.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the firm’s tax, audit, and advisory teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Review complex tax returns and financial statements; ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Participate in strategic planning and execution for the Family Office practice, including business development, client proposals, and process improvements.
Monitor developments in tax law and industry trends to provide proactive advice to clients and internal teams.

Education:

Experience:

6+ years of experience in public accounting, wealth management, or a multi-family office environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Strong technical expertise in individual, trust, estate, and partnership taxation.
Deep understanding of family office operations, governance, and intergenerational wealth transfer.
Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
