Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Aides (PCAs) to join our team and provide exceptional in-home care throughout Suffolk County, including the Hamptons. Enjoy flexible day and overnight shifts (5–12 hours) starting at $18.00 per hour.

Your Role as a PCA
As a Personal Care Aide, your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)

Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
-
Light housekeeping duties
-
Providing companionship and emotional support
What You’ll Need
-
At least 1 year of experience as a PCA
-
Valid NYS PCA Certificate
-
Eligibility to work in the United States
-
COVID-19 vaccination
-
Driver’s license (strongly preferred)
-
Physical exam within the last year
-
PPD or QuantiFERON within the last year or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
-
MMR immunization (within 10 years)
